Our engineering team develops conceptual designs focused on industrial automation solutions, robotic system integration, and energy efficiency. We provide a comprehensive proposal that includes technical specifications, detailed cost analysis, and a project timeline.

After approval, we initiate the detailed project planning process, which includes the electrical-automation project, mechanical design, pneumatic system design and industrial software integration stages.

The prepared 3D model, technical drawings, and system architecture are submitted to the client for approval. Design improvements and engineering revisions are quickly completed based on feedback.

CNC machining, welding, electrical panel manufacturing, and assembly processes are carried out in our modern facilities. Quality control is implemented at every stage under the ISO 9001 quality management system.

Completed systems undergo functional, performance, and security testing. A factory acceptance test protocol is developed with the participation of customer representatives.

Our certified teams perform on-site installation, mechanical assembly, electrical connections, and automation system integration. Process validation and system optimization studies are also conducted.

Operator training, maintenance procedure training, and system operating instructions are provided. Project delivery is completed with technical documentation, spare parts lists, and quality certificates.
