Hot Forging Press Feed Gripper

FORGEHED, our patented product, is the first of its kind in Türkiye. We offer our valued customers the advantage of VAT-exempt invoices for our project, which has earned support from the Ministry of Industry. Our reference application involves the unmanned transfer of raw stainless steel bars, in the Ø16-Ø50mm x 100-700mm size range, reaching an austenitizing temperature of 1300°C, from the induction furnace to a 3000-ton hydraulic press. This includes robotic feeding of the bars into the press after transfer, changing the mechanical tolerance of the holding position during press strokes, lubricating the die and workpiece after each stroke, maintaining robotic grip on the part throughout these processes, transferring the workpiece to the conveyor after forging, and protecting the robots from heat and vibration during all these processes. Mechanical fuses in the robot hands also ensure that your robot is protected from damage during the testing and programming phases, and that your testing process can continue without wasting time by replacing the mechanical fuse.

Stackhed, the world's first multi-blade slitting gripper and unique in the industry with its patented design, completely unmanns slitting operations with 0.17 mm positioning accuracy. This groundbreaking solution in industrial automation and robotic systems was developed specifically for slitting lines and offers high-precision positioning and multi-blade processing capacity. As part of this R&D project supported by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, we offer VAT-exempt invoices. Stackhed maximizes production efficiency with its rapid slitting blade change and advanced robotic control system. This system, which can be used safely in metalworking, stainless steel processing, and industrial production processes, sets a new standard in automation solutions and smart manufacturing technologies.

Convector Production Line

The convector production line is an integrated system that seamlessly manages the entire process, from raw material in coil form to the automated stacking of finished products. Consisting of a coil feed elevator, sheet drive, automatic slitting unit, punching system, press feed drive, eccentric press, guillotine, and Cartesian stacking machine components, the line enables uninterrupted production without human intervention. Featuring high-precision automatic slitting and punching operations, efficient shaping with an eccentric press, guillotine cutting, and Cartesian stacking, the system provides automated product output, maximizing efficiency in convector and radiator manufacturing while minimizing labor costs. Equipped with full automation, integrated system solutions, and advanced production technologies, this line sets a new standard in industrial production.
